● APPLIED AI · SMEs · MANRESA AND CATALONIA

Artificial intelligence applied to your business.

We help SMEs and companies cut repetitive tasks, make better use of their information and expand their teams’ capacity with AI solutions built into everyday work, with control criteria from day one.

â—Ź  STRAIGHT ANSWER

Fewer repetitive tasks. More capacity to move forward.

Artik Grup is an artificial intelligence consultancy for SMEs based in Manresa (Barcelona). We don’t start with the technology: we analyse how you work, identify the processes where AI can deliver a measurable improvement and build pilots the team actually uses. It is often the natural next step after a strategy or innovation project.

â—Ź  THE PROBLEM

AI adds value when it solves a real problem.

â—Ź  01

Your team spends too much time on manual, repetitive tasks.

â—Ź  02

Information is scattered and hard to find or reuse.

â—Ź  03

You already use AI tools, but without a shared set of rules.

â—Ź  HOW WE SOLVE IT

Three ways to start.

â—Ź  01

AI DiscoveryWe find out where AI can add value. Outcome: a map of processes, friction points and opportunities.

â—Ź  02

AI RoadmapWe assess impact, feasibility, data, cost and risk. Outcome: a roadmap with clear priorities.

â—Ź  03

AI ImplementationWe build the pilot, integrate systems and train the team. Outcome: a solution ready for daily use.

â—Ź  WHAT’S INCLUDED

From the first diagnosis to daily use.

You can start by understanding the opportunities, ranking the use cases or implementing a pilot. Each stage has a defined scope and a concrete outcome.

01 Process diagnosis with the teams
02 Inventory of data and tools
03 Use-case prioritisation
04 Metrics definition and pilot plan

05 Pilot design and build
06 Integration with existing systems
07 Training and the company’s AI Handbook
08 Measurement, improvement and scaling decision

â—Ź USE CASES

Solutions connected to the way you work.

We choose each solution based on the process, the available data and the expected impact. These are some of the use cases we can develop.

● KNOWLEDGE · TEAMS

Internal assistants

Query company documentation from controlled sources, with access based on each team’s permissions.

● SALES · PROPOSALS

Sales copilots

Draft proposals, summarise information and speed up sales follow-up, with human review.

● DOCUMENTS · DATA

Document management

Classify emails and extract data from invoices, orders or forms to reduce manual data entry.

● INTEGRATIONS · PROCESSES

Process automation

Connect tasks with your CRM, ERP, email or databases, with defined permissions and limits.

● ENQUIRIES · ANSWERS

Customer service

Organise enquiries and speed up answers to repetitive requests, routing complex cases to the team.

● BRAND · CONTENT

Content and reports

Generate drafts of content, product sheets and reports while keeping your judgement, brand voice and final review.

â—Ź  METHODOLOGY

Understand. Prioritise. Create. Integrate. Improve.

The Artik method connects strategy, processes, data, technology and people in five phases.

  • 01

    Discovery

    Understand

We analyse processes, data and friction points with the people who know the work. Outcome: opportunity map.

  • 02

    Thinking

    Decide

We prioritise by impact, feasibility, data, cost and risk. Outcome: a roadmap with clear metrics.

  • 03

    Create

    Design

We design and test a scoped pilot, with permissions and supervision. Outcome: a working solution.

  • 04

    Doing

    Implement

We integrate the solution, train the team and document the process. Outcome: AI built into daily work.

  • 05

    Rethink

    Measure & improve

Measure. Learn. Improve. We review usage, time saved, quality and cost to decide whether to improve, scale, rethink or discard.

Rethink loops back to Discovery: the method is a cycle, not a line.

â—Ź  WHY US

Process first, tool second.

No AI for its own sake.

We define the problem and the indicator to improve before choosing any technology. If a simple automation solves it, you don’t need AI, and we’ll tell you so.

Real adoption by the team.

We involve people from the diagnosis, train them and leave behind a company AI Handbook. The solution has to outlive our involvement.

Control and data by design.

Authorised data, permissions, human review and stop criteria defined from day one, in line with GDPR and the EU AI Act.

â—Ź FIRST STEP

A first pilot with a concrete goal.

A first project can be planned over an indicative 90-day horizon: diagnosis, prioritisation, pilot and scaling decision. Scope and timeline depend on your data, systems and complexity.

â—Ź  FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What we get asked before we start.

With AI Discovery. We analyse processes, data and friction points with your team to identify real opportunities. The outcome is a map that helps decide where AI makes sense.

Not necessarily. We look at how to integrate the solution with your CRM, ERP, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or other existing systems. Feasibility depends on the available connections and data.

We define authorised tools, permissions, the data that can be used and an owner for each solution. We build in human review and incident and stop protocols according to the risk of the process.

We can plan a first project over an indicative 90-day horizon. The timeline is set after the diagnosis and depends on scope, data quality and the integrations required.

We agree on a baseline and indicators: time per task, errors, response time, team usage and total cost. Based on the results we decide whether to improve, scale or discard the pilot.

The investment depends on the use case, data, integrations and the support needed. We define a staged proposal with a concrete scope and outcomes; implementation can include training, documentation and follow-up.
