We designed an interactive tool called the Coffee Test, which allows users to discover which coffee best suits their personality, improving both the shopping experience and the connection with the brand.
On the website, users can explore the subtleties of coffee origins, processing methods, and roast profiles in depth, enriching their knowledge and appreciation of coffee.
To foster customer loyalty, we implemented a personalized subscription system, allowing users to receive their favorite freshly roasted coffee automatically. Additionally, as part of the digital strategy, we designed and developed an email campaign to keep customers informed about new products, exclusive offers, and personalized recommendations, further strengthening Cafès Serra’s relationship with its audience.
